Software License Agreement for Free Trial Version

This is a legal SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT between you (the LICENSEE) and Addaptron Software Inc. for free no-obligation trial version of the software product (SOFTWARE).

Addaptron Software hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE and any related electronic documentation (DOCUMENTATION) included with the SOFTWARE subject to the following terms:

1. The LICENSEE is granted permission to use the free trial version of SOFTWARE for evaluation purpose. Your license to use the free trial expires 60 days after installation. The LICENSEE acknowledges that this LICENSE does not confer any proprietary rights to the LICENSEE. Furthermore the LICENSEE acknowledges that all copyrights to SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by Addaptron Software Inc. The LICENSEE may make a copy of the DOCUMENTATION if the copy is used only for internal purpose and not republished or distributed to any third party.

2. The LICENSEE agrees not to copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, de-compile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the licensed SOFTWARE. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and civil prosecution.

3. THE SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTATION, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL ADDAPTRON SOFTWARE INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR THE MISUSE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

4. The free-trial version has some limited capabilities. The part of results can be explored using pre-calculated exemplary outputs.

5. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, CLICK ON THE "CANCEL" BUTTON AND UNINSTALL THE SOFTWARE.

You are advised to evaluate properly the software. Please be aware that the software is NOT REFUNDABLE. After purchasing the software you will receive an electronic unlocking key (or up to 3 keys for one user, if necessary) that allows you to unlock all features of your current demo version. The features will be perpetually activated as long as the software is installed on the same hard drive where purchase order (in a form of User_ID.iat file) has been generated. If you are unable to use the software on the computer where the software originally installed because of any technical reason, please contact Addaptron Software Inc. After purchasing the software and unlocking all features, you will need to accept the following legal agreement between you (the LICENSEE) and Addaptron Software Inc:

Addaptron Software Inc hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE and any related electronic documentation (DOCUMENTATION) included with the SOFTWARE subject to the following terms: The LICENSEE is granted permission to use SOFTWARE working version on up to three computers. The LICENSEE acknowledges that this LICENSE does not confer any proprietary rights to the LICENSEE. Furthermore the LICENSEE acknowledges that all copyrights to SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by Addaptron Software Inc. The LICENSEE may make a copy of the DOCUMENTATION. The copy may be used only for internal purpose and may not be republished or distributed to any third party. LICENSEE agrees not to copy (except for back-up purpose), emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, de-compile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed SOFTWARE program. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

NO WARRANTIES. Addaptron Software Inc expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you. Some system components are from third parties, therefore, the LICENSEE acknowledges that Addaptron Software Inc is not responsible for the operation of third parties in any way.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Addaptron Software Inc or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use the SOFTWARE.
